Q: What are some specific results you’ve seen in your restaurants since working with StarGFX?
A: They’ve been very professional. Things have been very buttoned-up on the websites. I know that they’re monitoring traffic metrics and also our Google status, making sure we’re Search Engine Optimized.

Business has been good, for sure. It’s been climbing. We have three locations, so one by one, I had them redo our websites. They do the newsletter, which we put out, and it’s very successful. I’ve gotten a lot of comments on that, how well it’s done. I think they’ve done a really nice job organizing social media and the web side of the business.

Q: What have they done to give each location its own identity and attract new customers?
A: Each place is different in and of itself, but they took the time to kind of understand that and make them brand-specific. We changed the newsletter to the RDG, which is the parent company, so now rather than sending out three newsletters, we’re sending out one that kind of has the broader message. If you look at Lucky 7’s website, it much different from Satis or Raval, so we work mostly on that.

I think they have great ideas, and I like to bounce ideas off of them.

Q: On average, how quickly do you hear back when reaching out with questions or requests?
A: It’s actually almost instantaneous, which is kind of scary. They’re just really good and really on top of it. When someone answers the phone right away, you kind of take it for granted. From my perspective, as a business guy, it’s great to know that they’re always there: holidays, any day, any time. I try not to take it for granted, but I appreciate it. They do a great job.

Q: Why do you continue to work with StarGFX?
A: They’re very professional. Never say “no” or “can’t be done.” They just get it done. Very pleasant to deal with. Their pricing is very fair, very reasonable. Just excellent to work with in general, and that makes it easy.
