Gastronomy Restaurant, a refreshing cafe, restaurant and bar located inside Saks Fifth Avenue in the Walt Whitman Shops of Huntington Station, is a modern American inspired space to enjoy food and drink from morning to night. From its inviting bar, intimate dining room and beautiful outdoor patio area, Gastronomy is a place to enjoy lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch as well as a full bar of wine, craft beer and cocktails. In addition to the full-service dining room, there is a separate Grab and Go counter offering daily market items for our shoppers who are on the run.
