Q: How did you hear about StarGFX, and what made you follow up on the referral?
A: I had two referrals for StarGFX and another company, and I followed up on both of them.
Q: As director of an organization that’s such an integral part of the Jersey City community, what were you hoping StarGFX could help improve about your operation?
A: Our existing website was archaic, so we were hoping StarGFX could update our look to put out a message of professionalism. To connect our website to our social media, and to make a site that was user-friendly.
Q: During the creative process, how was the communication between you and StarGFX?
A: The communication was excellent, and I heard back on all of my questions.
Q: Did they deliver a final product that met your objectives?
A: Absolutely.
Q: What are some of the results you’ve seen thus far?
A: StarGFX created a very easy way for visitors to our site to sign up for our email list. I was shocked, because I get weekly reports on how many people subscribe and unsubscribe to our email list. And it had been pretty steady with a few more unsubscribes than subscribes, maybe four or five names on both sides. And now my weekly reports are through the roof with new subscribers. We had twenty new subscribers in one week, which is incredible for us.
To actually see there how many people were not only visiting the site, but the new people who were engaging with our organization and taking the additional step of signing up was huge. I said, here’s the proof right here that people are going to the website and really getting something out of it.
Q: If you were to recommend StarGFX to someone, what are the main points you’d highlight about their services?
A: I would say that the prices are very fair, and it was doable for our small non-profit organization, which was important. We do a lot with very little as a non-profit, so I really appreciated them working within our price range. The final product was outstanding, and I really appreciated the efficiency with which they work. It was a very quick turnover with requests. Any questions were answered promptly. I felt like they really set us up for success and did everything possible to make this a great website.
Q: Did StarGFX stay within the outlined budget?
A: Yes, they did, which was crucial for us.
